Delivery

It can take up to 1 working day (for special products -like chemicals- 2-3 days) to ship your order, provided we have stock. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays . If you order over a weekend or bank holiday, your order will ship within the next 2 working days, depending on the weekend's backlog. If an item is presented on the web site, we have stock.

The delivery window is set at the checkout, and is the amount of time from when your order is dispatched from our premises to when it is received by you.

Generally, our cut off time is around 1pm. If you are in a hurry, make the order online and then call us to confirm it'll go out that day. If it can't, you can cancel your order over the phone. We don't charge your card until we pack your order for shipment.

Shipping costs are displayed in the basket after choosing a shipping method. The costs shown are dependent on the total weight and value of your order. If you have any queries about the costs of shipping please email us.

Prices include insurance and packaging unless otherwise indicated.
